Placing your order Lovely Organic do ship world wide. Standard delivery costs for the UK are £1.69 and for outside the UK is £9.99. For further details please read information below. Once you have placed your order, you shall receive email confirmation of your order being complete. Your order shall then be dispatched; please see further details below.
Delivery We send all orders via Royal Mail, First/Second Class Recorded signed for & Special delivery next day. In all instances a signature is required for the delivery of the parcel. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm on the day of the order. All orders after shall be dispatched the following day. Should your order be placed after 4pm on a Friday through to Sunday, it shall be dispatched no later than 12pm on the following Monday. No orders shall be dispatched on a bank holiday Monday. Orders should arrive within three working days UK orders, and within six working days none UK orders. From time to time we shall run FREE delivery. This shall be on dates decided by Lovely Organic and we may not always promote this offer. If this offer is running, when you place your order, delivery/postage/packaging shall be shown as £0.00. For UK customers only. Returns/Refunds Should your parcel be damaged upon delivery and/or any of your goods are damaged or defected, you must contact Lovely Organic Ltd two days from receipt of your order. The order should be returned in its original packaging and we recommend that you send it via registered post. Once Lovely Organic Ltd has received the parcel back, we shall reimburse all monies of your order within a minimum of 10 days. Or we shall forward your order again, the same day as we receive the damaged goods back at no extra cost to you. Cost of postage back to Lovely Organic Ltd shall be reimbursed if proof of cost of postage is given to Lovely Organic Ltd. This can be posted or a scanned copy can be sent via email. On receiving your order, please inspect at your earliest convenient time, as if Lovely Organic are contact after two days of receiving your order we regret that we are unable to refund any monies to you.
